Summary: The highlight was the staff: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest Security was top notch and the shuttle to the beach a stroke of genius There were issues with the appliances provided. Maintenance of equipment like AC and pool loungers could be improved All in all, I’d highly recommend this Hotel for your holiday and business stay

Summary: Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t receive at front desk. Aside from this - wonderful tropical place , convenient and safe.
